We’re growing through three remote, part-time roles. You’ll work directly with experienced teammates, contribute to real products and client work, and have a clear path to grow with the company.

The fixed evening window overlaps with our Vancouver morning, giving us four live hours together instead of leaving everything to messages and handoffs.
A real growth path: A three-month probation, a longer contract with role-based commissions, and a path toward permanent employment and profit sharing.

Role 01
AI Generalist with Project Coordination
A hands-on role split between using AI for real client and internal work, and keeping projects moving with clear notes, follow-through, and good judgement.
What you’ll do
- Draft client documents, build prompt templates, and run focused research using tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
- Set up light automations with Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
- Keep Notion updates, meeting notes, developer coordination, and client deliverables moving.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in coordination, operations, executive assistance, or hands-on AI work. Strong recent graduates are welcome.
- Real fluency with AI tools for projects, writing, research, or automation—not only casual use.
- Excellent written English and a naturally organized way of working.
- Comfort with Notion, Google Workspace, and learning unfamiliar tools quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience with no-code automation or Google Apps Script.
- A basic understanding of pull requests, deployments, and database tables.
- Experience with North American clients or an agency team.
Role 02
Full-Stack Developer
Work closely with our core team on live production systems and client builds. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to ship useful code every week.
What you’ll do
- Build and improve production products using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase, Python, and FastAPI.
- Work on authentication, database design, integrations, internal tools, and AI-powered product features.
- Collaborate through GitHub, Notion, and Linear, with clear written updates and regular releases.
What we’re looking for
- Experience shipping real full-stack products, beyond tutorials and personal experiments.
- Solid TypeScript, React, and Next.js App Router fundamentals.
- Experience with Supabase, Firebase, or Postgres with Prisma, including auth and database design.
- Comfort writing Python for backend services or scripts and using AI tools in daily development.
Nice to have
- Experience with production SaaS used by real customers.
- Experience integrating Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI APIs.
- Familiarity with Vercel deployment, observability, or enterprise operations software.
Role 03
Customer Support with Social Media Coordination
A role for someone who can move naturally between a warm customer reply and a sharp piece of B2B content, while keeping both the support inbox and content calendar healthy.
What you’ll do
- Reply to product questions over email and chat, keep help documentation current, and support new-user onboarding.
- Turn voice notes and project updates into clear LinkedIn posts.
- Edit short-form video in CapCut, schedule content, and monitor engagement.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in customer support, community management, or social media coordination.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with a warm and reliable communication style.
- Hands-on short-form video editing experience and an understanding of useful B2B LinkedIn content.
- Comfort working consistently with customers in North American time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience with Intercom, Crisp, HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or another support platform.
- Basic Canva or Figma editing skills.
- A personal portfolio or social presence featuring work you created or edited.
