2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you contact us, book a call, enquire about services, or apply for a role, we may receive your name, email, company, phone number, areas of interest, message content, scheduling details, résumé, and other application information you choose to provide.

- Assess whether our services are a fit and prepare proposals.
- Review applications, contact candidates, and manage hiring.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Understand website performance when you consent to analytics.
- Measure or improve marketing when you consent to marketing tools.
- Meet legal, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use website enquiry details to train public AI models.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers only for business purposes such as website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, and marketing measurement. Current or anticipated providers include Vercel (hosting), Google (scheduling and optional analytics), Meta (optional marketing measurement), and Resend (website form email delivery when enabled).
Providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Information can be subject to the laws of those places. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention and safeguards
We may retain enquiry and related business-development records for up to seven years after our last substantive interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably needed for an active legal, accounting, dispute, or security matter. After the applicable period, records are deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable.
We generally retain unsuccessful job applications for up to two years after the hiring decision so we can manage follow-up, consider candidates for related roles, and respond to hiring or legal questions. You may ask us to remove your application sooner, subject to records we are permitted or required to keep.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent, or ask how it has been used or disclosed. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it.
If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
